Shipping
1. Shipping within Ukraine
Orders within Ukraine are delivered by Nova Poshta.
The cost of delivery within Ukraine is paid by the Buyer upon receipt of the order or by another available method if specified during checkout.
The estimated cost of delivery within Ukraine is on average 120-150 UAH, but the actual cost may vary depending on the Buyer's locality, Nova Poshta branch/parcel locker, order dimensions, package weight, Nova Poshta tariffs, and other carrier conditions.
Items are shipped after production, printing, or preparation of the order for shipment. The estimated production and shipping time within Ukraine is from 2 to 14 business days.
Delivery times may depend on production load, material availability, order volume, courier service operations, humanitarian and military situation in Ukraine, power outages, logistical restrictions, and other circumstances beyond the Seller's control.
The Buyer is obliged to provide correct shipping details: name, surname, phone number, locality, Nova Poshta branch/parcel locker or full delivery address. The Seller is not responsible for delays or inability to deliver if the Buyer provided incorrect or incomplete data.
2. International Shipping
For orders outside Ukraine, production, fulfillment, and delivery may be carried out through international production, print-on-demand, fulfillment, and logistics partners.
The terms and cost of international shipping depend on the delivery country, item type, place of production, order size, chosen shipping method, production and logistics network load, customs procedures, and local carrier operations.
Current available shipping methods, costs, and estimated times are displayed to the Buyer when placing an order on the website. By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to the specified shipping terms.
Actual delivery of international orders is carried out by third-party production and logistics partners, as well as local carriers. They are responsible for the operational execution of production and delivery in accordance with their rules and applicable laws. 3. Delays, Loss or Damage
The stated delivery times are estimates and do not guarantee a specific receipt date unless explicitly stated otherwise.
The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by delivery services, customs, military actions, humanitarian situation, holidays, strikes, weather conditions, Buyer's address errors, or other circumstances beyond the Seller's reasonable control.
If an order was not delivered, was damaged during delivery, or another issue arose, the Buyer should contact the Seller via email libertyshop@libertyvector1.com, provide the order number, and attach necessary photos or supporting materials.
After reviewing the claim, the Seller may offer an available solution: re-shipment, re-production, compensation, refund, or another reasonable settlement method if the problem is confirmed and required by applicable law.
Returns and Exchanges
All items in our store are made to order after purchase. Please carefully check the size, color, model, design, and shipping address before payment.
We do not accept returns or exchanges of goods of proper quality if the item did not fit in size, color, style, design, or if the buyer changed their mind after the purchase.
If the item arrived with a defect, damage, incorrect print, incorrect model, or another significant discrepancy with the order, please write to us at libertyshop@libertyvector1.com within [7/14] days after receiving the order. Attach the order number, a description of the problem, photos of the item, and photos of the packaging.
After reviewing the claim, we may offer re-production of the item, replacement, refund, partial compensation, or another reasonable solution to the problem.
